I had a very happy FRI... I bought a Yamaha Fazer 600.... A real one too, not one that sits on your windowsill collecting dust!

I'll review it when I sort it out and ride. I'll post up in a bit about it too... on my lunch now, KFC... yeah!

Yamaha FZS 600 Fazer ... in gold!

Ride safe, and look out for the Rainbow of Death!

Roses are red, Violets are Blue, I'm a schizophrenic ..... and so am I!

Take pity on the man who invented the drawing board, when he screwed up, he had nothing to fall back on.

Stuff everything, I've always got my bike.

Turned out it was Burger King instead. Nice Whoper with chips. Still, I was healthy for dinner... Lasagne.

Whopper and Chips?  Lasagne?  It's only a 600 you know, not a lardy 1800!

You want performance and handling, get yourself on the lettuce and celery!

(I'm reminded of a mechanic and race tuner I used to know.  He once said to me "It's amazing all the fat bikers who will spend hundreds of pounds on lightweight kit for their bikes and will never think of losing any off themselves to achieve the same effect."  Anyone who knows me will know how seriously I have taken that advice over the years.)

Mazzy if you need to lose weight and dont want to lose face in front of your pals, get a Whopper and take out the burger, mayo and remove the bread, you have some nice salad in there that is much better for you.....

Now where is my local greasy cafe.......

I'm a firm believer in eat what you want. The simple thing is, you can eat whatever you, chocolate, whopper, kfc etc, just not all the time. (I wouldn't recommend them all together either!)

Eat what you want, just moderate it.

Your local biker Health Guru....

P.S Does anyone watch the Hairy Bikers on the BBC? They eat well and they're a tad on the large side.

At the risk of sounding like your Grandad, that's all true when you are in your 20s and immortal.  Try eating "what you want" for 40+ years and there is a slightly different story.  Anyone needing confirmation of this has only to look in my general direction.

I'm just saying that it's not as hard as what the dietitions and supermodels make it out to be. At the end of the day, if you're happy with who you are, you've won!

My problem is I drink too much Beer. If I cut that out then I'd loose a stone or two quite quickly. And with the summer coming up, football in the park etc, I should be able to loose some. BUT... I will still  be eating KFC, Burger King and Calamari... (no sure why that sliped in there but I will, deep fried squid rings, bellisimo)

So, bikers of the world, eat, digest and devour those Greasy Joes... just one a month and do some exercise after!!
