Anyone else had any sub standard dealings with the DVLA?

I always have substandard dealings with the DVLA - didn't think they did any other kind. I've had to send back pretty much every V5 for the past ten years at least once because they've spelt my name wrongly. They've lost a few allegedly "in the post" and one particular bike I ended up with three identical logbooks - think I've still got two of 'em somewhere!
