| Anyone else been here? I took my Aussie friend out here on FRI and it has to be one of the most out of the way pubs I've been too.... but also one of the best. Sun gleaming down, hot as hell and a nice cold beverage with a beautiful view of the castle and river. We also had the company of a swan for our time there too! I would highly recommend this place, it's a busy pub for where it is and the ride there is great.
Yamaha FZS 600 Fazer ... in gold! Ride safe, and look out for the Rainbow of Death! There're only 3 kinds of people in the world, those who can count, and those that can't. Roses are red, Violets are Blue, I'm a schizophrenic ..... and so am I! Take pity on the man who invented the drawing board, when he screwed up, he had nothing to fall back on. Stuff everything, I've always got my bike.

Arundel, over thye bridge as if going to the high street, but turn right instead, about half a mile? gets busy and a few mozzies as I recall on some evening being near the river.
Sideways through time

| Not been there for a while, but it always used to be nice there. If you're out for a daytime ride and don't fancy a beer, I'd also recommend the Bridge Cafe at Amberley (double-back a couple of miles towards Storrington from Whiteways roundabout). It's quieter than Whiteways, biker-friendly and right on the river with swans and ducks floating by. Rather pleasant on a hot afternoon.
