The pics are coming out for me as red crosses. Shame, as I would love to see the XT. I had a 1986 one, and I loved it. Brilliant dual-purpose bike. As 'Bike' said in a road test at the time, "if you can't have fun on one of these, you must be dead."

| I love it but due to a bad back last year I had it up for sale and it didn't sell thank god cause my backs better now. It gives huge fun on the twisties here, an xjr 1300 and a Hornet couldn't keep up with it on the back roads from Douglas to Castletown until they hit the long straight at the end and blew it into the weeds.

| Still got the Hornet as well, I see, or did that go to the wife after all? Nice looking things, the XTs. No fussiness, purposeful and slightly bonkers: just what you need in a motorcycle!

Purposeful and slightly bonkers and with a saddle like that it's just what you need when re-entering earth orbit and slapping your bits on the tank!
Don't slide unless you mean too.Be sure, ride safe and enjoy
