| You haven't put my choice in! I would have a race bike, but not as my only bike. Dry weekend blasts only. To me, choppers, cruisers and customs occupy the same bit of biking space, and I'm not that interested in any of them. Possibly a Harley Sportster as a fine-weather slow-and-easy daybike. What about nakeds, or tourers? Or classics? There's a lot in my fantasy garage, but they are all dry-weather bikes. At the moment, I can't see much to beat my Bandit for all-weather commuting and hooning duties. It's winterised, lives out in the rain and gets me to work every day, it's not rare or expensive, and is fun to ride too, and you can't ask for much more than that.

I vote cruiser as I ride a Harley 2006 Street Bob 1500cc (picture on my web page.
However over here I like to drag from the lights against anything, normally Porsche's, Ferrari's and the odd Aston Martin. I always catch them out at the first lights and even off the mark at the second lot, then I let them make fools of themselves by racing off on their own. Ah! simple pleasures in life.
I also do the same to some Jap bikes, they don't realize how fast off the mark a new fuel injected H-D is.
