Thanks to RH for this thread, it's about time we started playing a few games!

Think of your garage, make it bigger, put 6 bikes of your choice in there... what would they be? Money is no object!!

1. Ducati Desmo

2. Kawasaki Z1000 '07 model

3. VFR 400 NC35

4. MV Augsta Tambourini

5. Kawasaki ZX-6R '07 Model in Orange

6. Custom Chopper*

That list is in no particular order, but I'd be pretty happy to open the garage and see all that in there... Oi, Lottery HQ, I need money!!!

*It would be designed to my specs. Based on the Grim Reaper. The Headlights will be shrouded by his face. The main light coming out of his mouth and his eyes light up too. Arms will be the suspension forks with his hands gripping the front wheel. Pentograms will be the alloy of choice. His cape completey encases the bike and flows down and around the tank, over the engine and end at the tip of the exaust (obviously going between my legs and frame!). Crash bars in the shape of ribs and his scythe as the handlebars. finished off in a metalic blach and gun metal silver colours... Dream bike for me. Ultimate Chopper/Street Fighter combo.

Yamaha FZS 600 Fazer ... in gold!

Ride safe, and look out for the Rainbow of Death!

There're only 3 kinds of people in the world, those who can count, and those that can't.

Roses are red, Violets are Blue, I'm a schizophrenic ..... and so am I!

Take pity on the man who invented the drawing board, when he screwed up, he had nothing to fall back on.

Stuff everything, I've always got my bike.

Oops - didn't realise it would be a new thread, so I've copied this in from the original Harley thread.

Fantasy Garage:

  • Suzuki Bandit 1200S - current bike, cheap and reliable all-rounder
  • Suzuki GSXR600 - for when I feel like a thrash, possible trackdays
  • Harley Sportster 1200 - try everything once
  • Moto Guzzi 850T or T3 - Italian muscle, possibly as a project
  • Laverda triple (3C, or preferably the Jota) - for the soundtrack alone
  • Matchless G80 - big chuffy single, like wot me Dad rode in the War, to restore and use on sunny days (could also be Norton ES2 or a big Beeza)

No. 7, if I could stretch the list, would be a 60s Triton with the sweptback pipes and Manx tank.  Not to ride, just to have in the living room.  Mrs Dog would add a 1300 Pan, the one with the armchair pillion, for foreign trips.

This list can (and will) be updated at any time, when other ideas come along!  That's what fantasy lists are for.

Good idea, Hoov.

Soundtrack of the Laverda triple.  Pity he's not giving it more berries!

Looks like it's just you me and the Mazzer that have fantasies BD. Lady P is remarkably quiet on the fantasy front. Probably washing up or summat.

I reckon I'd have to add an original 916 SP to the list. It would have to be a minter mind!!

Lady P's fantasy list would read:

  1. Yamaha XT660R (or possibly a 660X) in Pink
  2. Yamaha XT660R (or possibly a 660X) in Pink
  3. Yamaha XT660R (or possibly a 660X) in Pink
  4. Yamaha XT660R (or possibly a 660X) in Pink
  5. Yamaha XT660R (or possibly a 660X) in Pink
  6. Yamaha XT660R (or possibly a 660X) in Pink
  7. Yamaha XT660R (or possibly a 660X) in Pink
  8. Yamaha XT660R (or possibly a 660X) in Pink
  9. Yamaha XT660R (or possibly a 660X) in Pink
  10. Yamaha XT660R (or possibly a 660X) in Pink

11 (I would guess) would be a nice, fit 20-year-old with tight buns.

(That should bring her out of the woodwork!)

No. 11. A geezer in the baking industry who hasn't learnt about pastry baking yet?
