I think anyone not sharing. Because bike people loves a lot and do not give it to others hand.
It is my opinion but it may be wrong.

Ems, you should have read this thread through from the beginning. If you had, you would realise that diving in with a question such as "What's it like?" is bound to attract some unwelcome hur-hur type comments. This thread descended into pure filth very early on. Shocking, but what can you do?

(and don't you dare use 'Thickens' in any way than it was meant! It's dirty enough with BD's WD40 and chain lube!! hehehe )

How's this for dirty: old chain lube + fresh chain lube + road salt + mud + rotten leaves + rubber dust + exhaust carbon + WD40?

That was my hands this weekend, that was.

I only have Avons on mine please dont ask me what they are black and round with pretty tread thats why I bought them..... But I am willing to give it a try if you are.....

This sounds like a Good Idea! Only problem is you mentioning OFF-ROAD track days. On these tyres??? (Siracs) I can't see the old bus getting very far off-road unless it's very firm. (Mind you, they are turning out to be cracking tyres for tarmac - on dry roads the grip is terrific and they're pretty good in the wet too, despite a small slide on the way home last night).

Combining a bike event with a Landy meet sounds like four kinds of heaven all at once. Now, can I get the XT on the Disco roof-rack, or have I got to buy a bike trailer???

BD they do off road track days for bikes like ours, will have to check it out for the summer once again incorporating it with a landy type weekend, or we can just camp somewhere with our respective partners, leave them to do the cooking and we can go green laning, if there isn't any then we can just make them... Cant see them catching us can you????

Still got the two-piece zip-in leathers. Only problem - after 10 years in the cupboard, the buggers have SHRUNK.

Pretty sure they won't say no. As long as you have road tyres and a one piece leather (or two piece zip in) you'll fine.
